Through its services and products, Avisi will process privacy-sensitive or personal data. Avisi considers the careful handling of personal data of the utmost importance. For this reason, we observe due care in the processing and protection of personal data.

By making use of our services and products, you are providing certain data to us. This could be personal or sensitive data. This is how we process your information:
When you install one of our apps, Atlassian provides us with information of the Billing contact and Technical contact, as configured in your instance. We process this information to contact you with information about our apps. We use Mailchimp and Gmail to send you these emails. We retain this information until you uninstall our apps.
When you use Atlas CRM for Jira or Atlas CRM for Confluence, you have the ability to save information in the app. We save this information in your host product (Jira and Confluence) and on our servers. Our servers are hosted on Amazon AWS.
Admins have the option to enable a feature called "Jira User Sync". This feature is disabled by default. When Jira User Sync is enabled, Atlas CRM creates a CRM contact for each Jira user and (when applicable) Jira Service Desk customer. The name and email address of the Jira user / Jira Service Desk customer will be saved in the Atlas CRM contact. Therefore we process the name and email address of Jira users and Jira Service Desk customers.
Admins have the option to enable a feature called "Automatically link issues". This functionality is disabled by default. When Automatically link issues is enabled and a new issue is created, Atlas CRM uses the email address of the reporter to see if it can find a matching CRM contact. When a match is found, Atlas CRM automatically links the issue to the CRM contact. Therefore we process the email address of Jira users and Jira Service Desk customers.
When you uninstall Atlas CRM, we retain your information for 3 months after which it will be deleted.
When you use Numbered Headings on Confluence Cloud, you have the ability to add information to the Numbered Headings Macro. This information is processed to add numbering to headings. This processing is done on Heroku, which runs on Amazon AWS. After the information is processed, it is immediately deleted from our server.
When you use XSD Viewer on Confluence Cloud, you have the ability to add information to the XSD Viewer macro. This information is processed to generate an image of the XSD information. This processing is done on Heroku, which runs on Amazon AWS. After the information is processed, it is immediately deleted from our server.
As a data subject, you have a number of rights regarding your personal information that we process. For all data that is captured and transmitted within our Apps, such as data that is entered in Atlas CRM or in Numbered Headings, your company is responsible for the execution of your data subject rights. In such cases, please contact your company representative. In the case where we process your personal data in the installation process, you can contact us for the execution of your data subject rights. We will do our very best to meet these rights, taking into account legal requirements. To use your rights in these cases, you can contact us by sending a specific request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
